ST. PAUL (TEC News) – The Minnesota State Fair ended Monday but a Le Sueur woman returned home with a tasty souvenir. Like other Princess Kay finalists, Emily Krekelberg had her likeness sculpted in butter and it was on display inside a cooler inside the Dairy building.
Krekelberg and the other finalists get to bring the sculpture home to be used as they promote the dairy industry for the next year.
