MANKATO (TEC News) – A Blue Earth County judge questioned the three young children of murder suspect Joel Munt on Thursday to determine if they will be allowed to testify at their father’s trial. Munt could face life in prison if convicted of allegedly shooting his ex-wife in front of the children in a Mankato park in March 2010.
Pending a change of venue request by the defense, the trial is set to begin in Mankato on September 12th.
