NICOLLET (TEC News) -- Highway 14 is closed in Nicollet as the State Patrol is at the scene of a fatal crash.

MnDOT officials say the Highway could be closed as late at 6 p.m. as investigators reconstruct the scene at the intersection of Highway 111.

The crash between the car and semi happened around 1:40 p.m. Monday afternoon.

There are no other details about the accident.

MnDOT suggests motorists use Highways 99 or 68 as alternate routes.
