MANKATO (TEC News) – A Vernon Center man will go on trial in December for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14 year-old girl multiple times over the course of several years.
37-year-old Jeremy Giefer appeared in court on Monday.
The attorney for Giefer says DNA evidence collected at the scene came back for Giefer and a third party, but not the victim.
