MANKATO (TEC News) – A local commercial real estate company says they have completed a deal that will have Mayo Clinic Health System moving some of their offices downtown.The lease agreement announced by Coldwell Banker Fisher Group has Mayo Clinic Health System taking over office space on the first and fourth floors of the Northwestern Office Building.
President and broker David Schoof says Mayo will bring more than 75 employees from the hilltop health campus downtown.
The lease will result in a complete renovation of the building’s fourth floor, along with façade and landscaping improvements.
As a result, Coldwell Banker Fisher Group will move from their fourth floor offices to a temporary office at Madison East Center effective August 15.
