MANKATO (TEC News) – The Regional Economic Development Alliance describes the Second Quarter of 2011 as one of “progress.”

The alliance includes eight communities along with the counties of Blue Earth and Nicollet.

Through the end of June, there were 71 new building or renovations projects.

Of those 37 were brand new businesses.
