MANKATO (TEC News) – Charges of Criminal Vehicular Homicide have been filed against the driver who allegedly struck and killed for former Mankato man who was walking along a highway north of Lowry early Saturday morning.
Another motorist found the body of 27-year-old Wesley Tessman on the highway.
Investigators followed a trail of liquid from the scene to the residence of 34-year-old James Poock.
He allegedly admitted to drinking that evening and thought he had hit a deer.
