MANKATO – A Mankato man who was arrested last August for calling 9-1-1 and ordering a Big Mac is in trouble again.
Mankato police arrested and cited 51-year-old Timothy Schepers last month after receiving multiple 9-1-1 calls. Once again he was calling to complain about an incident involving Mankato police nearly eight years ago.
Schepers was arrested in 2008 when he stalked the wife of that same officer.
On June 27, police went to an apartment at 503 South Broad. When the officer was allowed in the apartment, they saw Schepers on the phone with dispatch again.
Schepers uttered an expletive and hung up when he saw the officer watching him on the phone.
The office says Schepers smelled of alcohol and blew a 0.264.
He has already entered a guilty plea and sentenced to the four days already served in jail.
