MANKATO (TEC News) – A Mankato man is accused of having sex with a vulnerable adult who investigators say has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old.
29-year-old Matthew Gould has been charged with 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct involving a victim who is mentally impaired.
Gould says he knew the woman worked at MRCI, but didn’t know she was disabled.
