NORTH MANKATO – Two Mankato teens were arrested midday Thursday after a North Mankato police watched them break a window to an apartment.
A police detective observed suspicious activity in an alley behind 317 Page Avenue.
After calling for backup, police observed them attempt to gain entry to the apartment.
They are being held at a juvenile detention center in Chaska on suspicion of attempted burglary and criminal damage to property.
