NORTH MANKATO – A Level Three Predatory Offender from Waterville has moved to the 300 Block of Nicollet Avenue in North Mankato. A community notification meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at South Central College.
28-year-old Mark Petersen was convicted in 1986 of fondling a 4-year-old girl and a 13-year-old girl in 2002.
