MANKATO – An anonymous tip let local authorities to tracking down a predatory offender who failed to register his address.
32-year-old Bill Lundin Jr. had been living at 314 Cherry St. in Mankato.
But an address verification sent to Lundin in mid-May at the address was returned to the BCA marked unable to forward.
Police tracked Lundin down to a Madison Lake address, where he claimed he was there only to babysit.
Lundin pled guilty to a similar charge in Faribault County in 2007.
