MANKATO – The average home sales price to date this year is up 5.4 percent in Mankato and North Mankato, according to the latest report from the Realtor Association of Southern Minnesota.
Year-to-date average sales price for 2011 for Mankato/North Mankato is $165,195, compared to $156,705 in 2010.
140 homes sold through April, down seven from the same period in 2010.
Your house will also be on the market longer, and average of 187 days in 2011 compared to 147 in 2010.
