MANKATO-October 19, 2012-(KMKO)-The 21-year-old North Mankato woman who allegedly robbed and made threats against a Kato Cab driver this month failed to appear at her first hearing yesterday. Virginia Homesly was taking a ride to Wal-Mart when she got a call, allegedly from her family.  She's accused of telling the driver he was kidnapping her, that she had a gun and stole his cell phone when he stopped.  Described as agitated and disoriented by police, she then got into an SUV uninvited when that driver stopped to see if anything was wrong.
