MANKATO-November 5, 2012-(KMKO)--The annual stuff-a-truck event for the echo food shelf will begin today in our parking lot. Drop off non-perishable food items at 1807 Lee Boulevard in North Mankato today through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mankato area businesses are encouraged to collect as well.
