MANKATO-November 2, 2012-(KMKO)-The Minnesota State Patrol is conducting a statewide saturation on Highway 169.  Troopers in the Mankato area will be working with other districts to conduct high-visibility patrols during the high-traffic deer hunting opener.  Troopers will be partnering with sheriff's offices and local police in the effort.  The “line patrol” style of enforcement is designed to remind motorists to slow down, buckle up, driver sober and take personal responsibility for their own actions behind the wheel.
