MANKATO-October 22, 2012-(KMKO)-The Mankato City Council tonight will consider adopting an ordinance that would require a special permit for all ATV's and mini trucks.  If approved, the permits would have to be displayed on the rear bumper adjacent to the slow moving sign to operate on city streets.  Blue Earth County recently passed an ordinance that does not pertain to the city.
