MANKATO-October 23, 2012-(KMKO)-The family of one of the victims of a two-vehicle crash May 2011 near Eagle Lake has settled with their insurance company.  Seven decedents of 82-year-old Lorraine Frederick will split $70,000, their share of a settlement with American Family Mutual Insurance Company.  They will be in court next month asking a judge to approve the settlement.  Their lawyers will get $30,000.  Frederick was a passenger in a SUV driven-by her 83-year-old husband Gerald. Both died in the crash at the intersection of Blue Earth County Road 17 and Highway 14.
