NORTH MANKATO-October 19, 2012-(KMKO)-A pretrial conference by phone will take place early next year for a North Mankato daycare.  Trinity Daycare and Preschool received a letter in September alleging numerous violations and was ordered to close.  Because they filed an appeal, the business will be allowed to remain open.  The court executive for the Minnesota Office of Administration says the department requested the hearing take place in early January, but an exact date has not been disclosed.
