MANKATO-November 16, 2012- (KMKO) – A Mankato woman who was appearing in court yesterday on a Felony charge of the Assault on a Hospital Emergency Room worker got a surprise when the judge told her she had a warrant for her arrest in Hennepin County. 32-year-old Cherita Fisher of Grand Rapids, Michigan was held in custody following the hearing. The judge would only say the warrant was for a theft charge.
