MANKATO-November 5, 2012-(KMKO)-An Owatonna man faces another domestic abuse charge after allegedly violated a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order on Halloween. 53-year-old Terry Tiffany was found with the previous victim after Mankato police were called to another domestic. Tiffany opened the door and police found him in a bathrobe and a cut nose. At first he said it was cause by glass, but later wanted to press charges against the woman.
