MANKATO-September 25, 2012-(KMKO)-The attorneys were there, so was the judge, even the media was there.  Everyone was there except the defendant, 36-year-old Jason Feller.  Feller faces a felony drug charge after a trooper pulled him over in June after a caller reported he was swerving in his car near Lake Crystal and hit a construction barrel.  He said he thought the hearing was Thursday, according to his attorney who spoke to his mother.  The trooper testified yesterday that he found 28 grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms in two jars in the car.
