MANKATO-November 16, 2012- (KMKO) - A Mankato man was release without bail after he was in court Thursday on a charge of 3rd Degree Drug Sales. It comes from an incident from April 2011. Now 38-year-old Duane Waltermann told the judge “he didn’t know what was going on” but admitted he got the complaint in the mail.
