MANKATO- November 9, 2012- (KMKO) – A Lake Crystal man could face time locked up after entering a guilty plea Wednesday to Felony 5th Degree Drug Possession. Two counts of Disorderly Conduct were dropped under the plea for 47-year-old Harold Goins Jr. Neither the prosecution or even the defense know his criminal history and it could result in a mandatory minimum for him. He’ll be sentenced next January and remains in custody.
