MANKATO-October 26, 2012-(KMKO)-A St. Clair man faces felony drug charges in Blue Earth County.  A summons has been issued for 21-year-old Ian Thomas McConkey.  He faces one count of fifth degree possession of marijuana and one count of underage consumption.  The charges stem from an arrest in October of last year.  He's scheduled to make his first court appearance November 15th.
