MANKATO-October 19, 2012-(KMKO)-A Blue Earth County Judge admitted he hated to set bail at $100,000 for 62-year-old Randall Boeve.  But Boeve faces 48 months in prison for violating probation after being pulled over for what would be, according to court documents, his fifth DWI.  During a hearing yesterday, Judge Kurt Johnson denied lowering his bail, telling Boeve he's "a danger".
