MANKATO November 5, 2012 (KMKO) – A man previously sentenced for attacking his father in January in Nicollet County has reached a plea deal in Blue Earth County. Under the plea, 25-year-old Jerry Hollingsworth Jr. will admit he’s guilty of Felony, 4^th Degree Assault and had a charge of obstruction reduced to a misdemeanor. Two other counts of assault on this file and counts of disorderly conduct and disruptive intoxication will be dismissed.
