MANKATO-September 4, 2012-(KMKO)-An Owatonna man with a history of domestic violence has been charged with another assault.  53-year-old Terry Leroy Tiffany was arrested Thursday morning after a woman told Mankato police he swung a knife around and struck her in the face.  Tiffany has been charged with two felony counts of domestic assault.  He has three prior domestic assault convictions on his record.  He's also been convicted for terroristic threats, theft and contempt of court.
