- National Farmers Market Week 1st week in Aug Celebrate our rich rural farm heritage. Mankato Farmers Market and Blue Earth County Historical Society will bring you cooking demos, samples, fun, games, and entertainment for young and young at heart. Tue. 3rd Thur. 5th 3:30-6 and Sat. 7th 8-Noon Mankato farmers Market and Vine are partnered to share a cooking class and picture tour of the market at the summit center. 1030-1230 we will cook some great market finds and share stories of the past.
