Mankato (KMKO)-A portion of Liberty Street (from Front Street to Riverfront Drive) will be closed this morning so a water valve can be replaced. Water will be turned off at 2:00 this afternoon. The road is expected to reopen and water should be turned on by early evening.  Another road will be closed on Monday in Mankato. Holly Lane (between Madison and Belle avenues) will close Monday morning for utility construction.  It is expected to reopen by the end of the day.
