MANKATO-September 21, 2012-(KMKO) – A man wearing striped Faribault County jail clothes appeared in a Blue Earth County Courtroom yesterday.  Randall Decker of North Mankato has been charged with two felony counts of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and one count of Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct involving a young girl.  Decker has a previous conviction of Third Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct when he was 17 and the girl, who became his first wife, was 15.  As was disclosed in court, he is currently involved in a dispute in Scott County with his second wife.  Bail was set at $20,000.
