MANKATO (KMKO) – An omnibus hearing had been requested for a Mankato man accused of the assault, kidnapping and robbery of another man earlier this month.
 
23 year-old Dustin Lee Murilla appeared before Judge Bruce Gross and remains in custody. An omnibus hearing will be scheuled within 28 days.
 
According to a search warrant, Murilla allegedly tied up his friend using a belt and rope and hit him with a flashlight and a jack.
