Mark Porisch, of North Mankato, gave up the nine-to-five for a chance to launch his own sauce-making business. With guidance from a small-business development program, he now makes a variety of hot sauces and mustards, which are sold in several locations across the state.
Mark will be joining us in the studio to sample his sauces. I like hot sauce on eggs, sometimes in salad to give the dressing some zip and veggies. Bill on the other hand, said he loves hot sauce on sardines with crackers. The studio is sure to smell really good after the show.
