MANKATO November 13, 2012 (KMKO) – A St. Paul man charged with an October 2011 robbery with a fake gun near MSU couldn’t decide Tuesday if he should take a plea deal or not. Police say they found the fake gun inside the car of 22-year-old Christopher Carter-Sungmin. In court, the prosecution offered a deal where he would enter a plea to 2nd Degree Assault and have three charges dropped. Carter-Sungmin at first said he wouldn’t take the deal, then decided he would and then he decided he needed a few days to think about it. He faces 39 months in prison.
