MANKATO - (KMKO) - Minnesota State University, Mankato Head Football Coach Todd Hoffner appeared in court Friday for a final ruling. Judge Krista Jass spoke about how the videos did not display lewd behavior and that after reviewing arguments; the case was dismissed for lack of probable cause. Hoffner was thankful at a news conference following the trial and that the nightmare was over. MSU released a statement and the school is still investigating the issue while Hoffner remains on leave.
