MANKATO (TEC News)-- The U.S. Highway 14 Partnership held its annul meeting Monday in Owatonna to discuss the group's 2013 goals. With populations around the Highway 14 corridor expected to grow, the group insists that the Highway 14 four-lane expansion must be put back into MnDOT's 20-year investment plan to meet the highway's economic and safety needs. Newly-elected Highway 14 corridor legislator, State Senator Vicki Jensen spoke to the group about the importance of completing the highway for her constituents.
