I was telling Bill about how my husband has put me on a financial restriction. I love to shop so now I'm on lockdown. We are in the middle of buying a house so we are trying to watch every thing we spend. Bill was saying that his wife put him on a financial lock down because he was going out everyday for lunch and spending too much money. Now he's brown bagging it.
