MANKATO – An Eagle Lake woman has been charged with smashing out the windshield of her ex-boyfriend’s vehicle.
Someone called Mankato police after watching the woman wearing a mask and “hoodie” splash the car with black and blue paint outside Highland Hills apartments.
A partial plate number took police to the home of 20-year-old Vernoica Lee Boulester where they found matching paint cans in her vehicle.
