MANKATO (TEC News) – Larry J. Decker Jr. was back in court yesterday to receive his sentence. Decker was charged with three counts of 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct of his daughter. The victim addressed the court with concerns of harassment following jail time. Judge Kurt Johnson agreed with the concerns. Decker was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 243 already served. He’ll be on probation for 25 years with a list of conditions. Decker must register as a sex offender and attend treatment.
