MANKATO-October 25, 2012-(KMKO)-An arrest warrant has been issued for a Cleveland woman for an incident on Tuesday.  21-year-old Michelle Marie Brand faces several charges in Blue Earth County Court, including two counts of fifth degree assault and one count each of fourth degree assault of a peace officer and obstructing the legal process.
