Mankato (KMKO)-A Wisconsin man faces numerous charges in Blue Earth County for the mistreatment of animals.  62-year-old Thomas Mikuda of Bruce, Wisconsin is charged with one count each of cruelty to animals, leaving animals unattended in a motor vehicle and depriving them of food and shelter.  The charges step from an incident on June 27th.
