MANKATO (August 16, 2012) – 2nd Degree Burglary charges have been filed against the adult involved in this week’s burglary of Smoker’s Choice.
19-year-old Justin Petersen appeared in a Blue Earth County courtroom Thursday afternoon.
Police say Petersen and 4 other juveniles broke into the business.
Petersen and one juvenile stayed with the car and listened to police radio and alert them with a 2-way radio if police approached, while the other three grabbed pipe and other merchandise from a display.
