CROCK POT TIME!

Well after much thought- I decided to break out the crock pot and do a 12 pound chuck roast! I put it on at 12 noon today- so when I get home about 8 tonight- it should be ready!
I was thinking about a gumbo or the crock pot- and because my day was so busy and face it- to crock pot is so easy! Just wanted something WARM for this chill in the air!
Here is the deal- chuck roast- a little red wine- onions- bell pepper- garlic- potatos- carrots-- slow good on HI for 8-12 hrs!
