MANKATO-September 19, 2012-(KMKO)-A 19-year-old man was arraigned yesterday on three felony charges after a burglary in Mankato.  Officers responding to a call early Sunday morning after witnesses said they saw two men going through the window of an apartment in the 200 block of Balcerzak Drive.  They found one of the men, Garang Deng of Mankato, in another apartment a short time later.  After obtaining a search warrant, officers found several TV's, cell phones and computers that had been stolen.  Deng was charged with second degree burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.  Deng remains jailed pending his next court hearing.
