MANKATO-August 22, 2012-(KMKO)-The Blue Earth County Board approved permits for two businesses yesterday, one for a huge corporation and the other a small family operation.  Pioneer Hi-Bred International got the go-ahead to expand its seed research facility and build a machinery storage structure near Highway 22 and County Road 90.  The board also voted to allow the construction of a flour mill near Good Thunder.  That business, owned by Dave and Rachel Hollerich, will run a mill the size of a standard dishwasher.  The business will produce corn, flour and rye to be sold to bakeries.
