MANKATO (TEC News) – Residents of Blue Earth County can now apply for a chance to participate in the county’s 2013 Citizens Academy. Those accepted into the free program will have the opportunity to interact with elected officials and staff and tour several Blue Earth County facilities. The program will take place Tuesday evenings from March 26 to April 30. Applications are due March 13. For information or to register, call 304-4491.
