Are kids too protected?

The state health department of New York has created a list of supposedly 'risky activities' that will only be allowed at summer camps that have on-site medical staff. Here's what's on the 'dangerous' list:
Kickball, red rover, dodgeball, wiffle ball, and capture the flag.
REALLY?! Of course we want children to be safe and careful when playing but are we going too far? Would you like the government to stay out of these types of things?
