$990 parking for Super Bowl? You're kidding, right?

In Dallas – there is a vacant lot across from the stadium and the owner of the property normally sells parking spots for 50-100 dollars per spot before the games. For Super Bowl Sunday- the price is as high as $990. Is that right or what? You know there will be people who will pay it!
